The Study Of Coal Enterprise Green Development Strategy

This dissertation is based on the research about enterprise greenlization at home and abroad. Started with the relevant theories of green development strategy, it uses the method of general process for enterprise strategy management, takes the coal enterprise as the starting point, studies the system of the coal enterprise green development strategy, produces the general step of formulation and the implementation and builds up the content of this strategy: Carries out the clean production, obtains the environment management system authenticates of ISO14000; The green management (includes green marketing strategy and enterprise green culture strategy); the green corporate identity strategy。 In order to evaluate the implementation of the coal enterprise green development strategy, according to the coal enterprise's special nature, we establish the target system of the evaluation of green development degree and the RSEE system fuzzy synthesis evaluation model. Finally, taking TieFa Limited company of coal industry (group) XiaoNan ore as a case ,using the evaluation model ,we evaluate the condition of XiaoNan green development and find the problems. Following with that, it presents several relevant measures and establishes the whole green development strategy.
