With the further development of the world economy, the world is experiencing an unprecedented ecosystem disaster, and the ecosystem balance is being damaged severely which has already endangered the existence and development of human beings. Under the circumstances, the world has started to pay more attention to the environment and to protect the Earth. Therefore the demand for green products is increasing while trade and environment have become the focus of the whole world. There is a new trend in the international trade: the developed countries are promoting new trade protectionism by establishing the environmental standard imposed on the developing countries, which acts as a limited prerequisite of entry into the world market for developing country, by this way, developed country make the traditional trade barriers change into the modern green barriers to trade step by step.With the China' s entry into the WTO and the integral trend of world economy and trade, the traditional non- tariff barriers are being eliminated gradually , the green barriers to trade with its fresh and clear ages characteristic becomes the main toll-gate day by day. The green barrier to trade is getting prominent in the international trade, which is already an irresistible general trend and is being supported and approved by the mass consumers to bring the environmental protection into the rule and targets of the international trades. From a long term view, green trade has a energetic life power because it is healthy and environmental.On the basis of better understanding and good awareness of what on earth is the green barrier to trade, the Chinese home appliance enterprises should combine with the impact on the export quality requirement of our country' s appliances, try to do the positiveresearch and find out the gap to the advanced standard. Chinese appliance enterprises should feel the pressure of the competition and they should respond positively to improve themselves in order to get the entry- certificate of the international market .At the same time, with a series of efforts, it can improve peoples' consciousness of green environmental protection of the whole country, furthermore, reduce the mankind' s negative influence on the environment, by these steps, and maintain the constant development of the economy and mankind society. As the development of society, people get more and more knowledge about the relationship between environment and human being. We can not avoid to choosing the best way and that is Green Trade at present.This article consists of four parts. The first part of which studies the emergence and characteristics of the green barriers to trade, emphasizing the concept , traits and the appearance of the green barriers to trade. You can get the general idea of green barriers to trade from it. The second part studies the condition in which the green barrier to trade occurs. Green barrier to trade comes from international trade agreement, rules, technology, regulation which are unreasonable environmental standard and other protection method .The third part studies the influence and impact of the green barrier to trade upon the Chinese home appliance enterprises, mainly analyses the entry into the market and the production cost, which help the Chinese home appliance enterprise to make the relative reaction. The fourth part is the main point of this article. It tells us the different ideas of green barrier to trade. It tries to explain "what the Chinese appliance enterprises should do" and "what' s the direction we should go, that from different aspect to find out the counter-plan and the exit of the Chinese appliance business enterprise of green barrier to trade. Many ideas in this part are popular and creative.This article explains green barrier to trade not only from both theory but also application, in this article, both of them have a good combination. Qualitative and quantitative analysis are adopted to analyze the survival factors of the Chinese homeappliances enterprises. It analyses the factor which affects the development and survive of domestic appliance business, and collects many cases of Haier to give some good advice for these Chinese home appliances enterprises, at the same time, it supplies some good reference for Chinese appliance enterprise' s direction and future.Systematic approach is adopted in the context to combine the green barrier to trade with the global competition ability of Chinese home appliances enterprises.In view of the different levels of home appliance enterprises in China, the article mainly studies the advanced way of the leading Japanese appliance counterparts and Haier which is the leader of home appliance in China. It begins with the rudimental work, cost, new materials, new techniques and clean production, emphasizing the green management. It studies the advanced way of Japan on reclamation of scrap appliance, gives some references to the construction of the recycle system of scrap appliances of Chinese relevant enterprises.This article is closely around the necessary problems of our country' s home appliances enterprises, putting forward much constructive advice to for reference of the home appliances enterprises. The consignment sale purchase, the lean production and SBU management and etc , which are mentioned in this article, are the most popular management theories nowadays . If the home appliance enterprises can work well, they can enhance the general competition ability of themselves so as to insure the fast growth under high profit of the home appliance enterprises.Moreover, if the our country' s home appliance enterprises can be in line with international level or a little higher than the rivals in green materials, green technique and green energy , they can capture the high tech market, can get the good profits , which can provide the motivating engine to the further development of products and the recommending of the market so as to make the development of the business enterprises become the benign cycle . This article gives some effective advice to the promotion of the Chinesehome appliance enterprises competition ability . It is hoped that they can draw lessons from it, suck its essence, improve themselves and do utmost to catch up with others . The author is sure that they will be in the advantaged position in the big tide of market competing.
