| Study of regional leading industries, also called regional strategic industries in western literature, is both an ancient and new issue. This dissertation, recalling its theoretical origins and research methodology , systematical1y identifies its concepts, characteristic, forming condition, and realization form under present Chinese circumstances of the new development and new experiences. After understanding Fuxin city's nature condition which is resources dry up city and policy background about promoting northeast old industry base, the author constructs fuzzy cluster mathematical model of choosing Fuxin regional leading industries, and then researches this issue, also unifies some correlation factors, gives some advice for developing Fuxin city's leading industry. |
