Research On Industry Chain Investment Of CFXX Chengdu(Pujiang) Industrial Park

In the recent decade,the construction of industrial parks has been advancing rapidly.As a form of industrial organization and regional space,industrial park has become an important vehicle of national economic development.Recently,the national policies on real estate industry have become tighter and tighter,and global economies are heavily influenced by Covid-19 pandemic.This leads to the rapid transformation of economies and great changes in industrial pattern.While speeding up the construction of industrial parks,a lot of problems that await to be solved have emerged.In attracting investment to the industrial park,traditional policies to attract business,such as preferential land and tax policies,can no longer meet the needs of industrial development at the present stage.Nevertheless,the industry chain business attracting model will play a better role in speeding up the national industrial development,enhancing regional economy and improving industrial competitiveness.The thesis used in this paper include case study,comparative analysis,literature analysis and method of investigation.The paper is based on theories of industry chain,industrial cluster,etc.It presents the advantages and importance of industry chain business-attracting model,and gives an analysis of the current development of CFXX Chengdu(Pujiang)Industrial Park.It gives a conclusion as regards the current “traditional policy-oriented business attracting model”.It regards the industry chain businessattracting model proposed in relevant literature as a guide,and analyzes the current status and problems in the park’s industry chain.Also,it uses relevant theory to investigate and interview the park staff responsible for attracting investment,and does a questionnaire about the factors driving more than 100 companies planning to invest in Chengdu.According to the results of the investigation,the paper makes a preliminary conclusion of the problems in CFXX Chengdu(Pujiang)Industrial Park under the industry chain business-attracting model;and the influence of industry-chain development on company’s decision to invest.By summarizing the above analyses and investigations,the author makes a conclusion of the problems in the business-attracting model of CFXX Chengdu(Pujiang)Industrial Park.Moreover,the paper selects successful domestic and international industry chain business attracting cases,analyzes them and draw experience from them.Finally,it puts forward measures to improve the business-attracting model from the perspective of industry chain development,and proposes a new industry chain business attracting model.The conclusions include: make feasible plans for industrial development first;weaken traditional policies and reinforce the supporting strength of industrial policies;optimize business environment;improve regional industrial chain advantages;regard industry chain business-attracting model as the core model.The thesis attempts to establish a new industry chain business-attracting model,to provide theoretical support and form a referential model and practice path for the effective progression of the business attraction work in CFXX Chengdu(Pujiang)Industrial Park and for the development of the company’s future business and strategic transformation;to be of referring significance to the development of industrial parks of CFXX in other regions and to other types of industrial operation companies,and to render new perspectives of research and tools of analysis to the enrichment of the theory on industrychain business attraction.
