In the past twenty years since reforming and opening up, private enterprises grew quickly and have gained great achievement. Now Private economy has became one of important branches of Chinese national economy. Yet, there is something deficient on human resource (HR) management in the private enterprises. The compensation management is the main deficiency in HR management, which is preventing private enterprises' further development.Coordinating with the work emphasis of the government, the researches on the private enterprise's developing policies are appearing lively. But the relevant researches, about how to establish strategic compensation system adapting to the development of private enterprise, are found difficultly. This situation leads to the lack of theories that instruct the practice and greatly influenced the enlargement of private enterprise's scale and the prolongation of its life. Therefore, this lack brings forward the new demand of research about private enterprise and designates the new direction of the research.This dissertation accords with the new trend. To the status quo of Cinese private enterprise's compensation management, this dissertation maks some research about the system of Compensation Decision Making in Chinese private enterprise at the both aspects of theoretics and practice.Firstly, this dissertation introduces the developing road of compensation management theory, and summarizes the definiens, functions, theorical basis and systems in China and other countries.Secondly, on the basis of compensation problems of Suzhou KL, this dissertation analyses the problem existed in the private enterprise's compensation system, excavates the profound reason behind the shallow problem, and gived the effective methods of perfecting the compensation system.Thirdly, on the basis of writer's realization to the compensation problems of Suzhou KL, this dissertation summarizes the specific aims and principles ofcompensation design, provides the strategy and systerm of compensation management, and gives the steps of designing the whole compensation-system that fit Chinese private enterprise. This part is writer's practical realization, and also is the main and emphases of this paper.At last, by the case of amending the compensation systerm of Suzhou KL, this dissertation validates the scientificity and practicability of above systerm.
