As China’s economic rapid development in recent years, the traditional industry of real estate industry, great progress has been made in many small and medium-sized real estate industry also arises at the historic moment. Because most of private enterprises in real estate development strategy is not clear for a long time, the human resources strategic planning, job analysis, performance evaluation, salary management, training and development of awareness is relatively low. Accordingly, low input of human resources, sparse to personnel management, caused the enterprise employee satisfaction is low, such problems as high staff turnover, today which restricts the further development of the enterprise.Compensation is the core of employee benefits, but also the core of human resource market allocation decision factors. From the perspective of enterprise management, how to establish systematic and refinement, prospective met the need of the enterprise competition strategy and management system, to attract, keep and encourage outstanding staff of the management goal, is the important subject in enterprise management practice.Therefore, private enterprises of real estate in our country require the system to set up scientific rigorous, external competitive and have internal fairness of the compensation system, in order to obtain attract, keep and motivate the core talented person’s competition advantages, to maintain the sustainable development of enterprises.Firstly, this article analyzed Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, Herzberg’s motivation health theory, expectancy theory and equity theory in detail. The compensation incentive theory laid the ideological basis and theoretical foundation of this article.Secondly, diagnosis of YF company compensation management system provides a basis for the company’s compensation management problems, and to develop targeted solution provides the basic ideas and reform measures.Lastly, further excavate the YF company compensation management problems and its reason. Finally, YF company pay package design is discussed in detail the ideas and measures.
