So far as current situation, there are a large number of coal enterprises inremaining at the level of the human resources management of planned economy in ourcountry, which can't pay enough attention to the encouragement problems in humanresources management. Thus it is necessary to strengthen the research on theproblems of human resources management in the coal enterprise.This article manages to combine theory with reality. After investigating themodern relevant theory of human resources management, this article have discussedcurrent situation of human resources and human resources management in the HebiCoal Industry (Group) Corporation at first, meanwhile, analysed the central problemsexisted in the human resources management of enterprise at length, summarized andconcluded the malpractise and shortage existed problems in Hebi Coal Industry(Group) Corporation human resources management.Secondly, aimed at the problems that elasticity is too big respect and quantity istoo little in checking the performance of staff in the company, this article utilizes theAnalytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to research improvably the performancechecking during the management, put forward the performance checking model basedon the AHP, and apply it to the performance checking of the company achieving betteraffects. In addition, this article also bring forward to the strategy of human resourcedevelopment and the perfect measures of human resources management,aimed at theproblems existed in the managment of Hebi Coal Industry (Group) Corporationhuman resources. We try hard to offer beneficial help to the human resourcesmanagement of Hebi Coal Industry (Group) Corporation.By the research on the problems of the Hebi Coal Industry (Group) Corporationhuman resources management, this article wants to provide some useful reference tothe questions such as the human resources reforming of state coal enterprise andpersonnel system reforming of state big-sized enterprise, etc.
