Scientifically management of human resources is the key step in corporation running, moreover, performance appraisal of Middle-level manager, especially its perfect design is the crucial segment in management of human resources.Basing on these truth, Through Analyzed the problem of performance appraisal system in Gansu Research Institute of Chemical Industry, we design a fitting performance appraisal system for its Middle-level manager; after appraised the new performance appraisal system, and with its truth, we using it in order to reduce its personal losing especially the middle-level manager, help improve its human resource management level, and strengthen its competed ability in the same industry.At last, we concluded, in order to develop the new performance appraisal system's utility, it must be based on these things. Training the enterprise leader's performance management sense, to make them know the real aim and significance of the performance appraisal system's improved and perfect designed; training the Middle-level manager's performance management sense and used skill; Training the appraised persons' about error analysis and control, to the most to reduce and control the performance appraisal result's error; During the using of the performance appraisal system, we should according to the develop and change of the industry's in-out situation and task, constantly to modify and perfect the real system, to make it better servicing the enterprise's development. |
