Study On Colliery Construction Project Management

The total workable coal storage, explored in china, is up to 188 billion tons,which will provide our coal energy at least 100 years, and the total coal resources isover 5,000 billion tons. Lately, the high development rate of infrastructure andeconomic require the continual increase of coal output. During 2006~2007, about thecolliery construction projects with output 400 million tons will be finished. The totalinvestment will be up to RMB 120 billion based on the investment rate RMB 300 perton. Compared with that investment, the project manabement level is low, so the studyon colliery construction project is very important.With the application of mordern project management knowledge body and theory,and based on the situation of ZhaoGu Colliery No.1, this thesis analyses themanagmenet of scheme, quality, period, organization and system for collieryconstruction project management (CCPM).The thesis studies on the present status, the condition for high development andthe problems of CCPM. Base on collected data, the life cycle curve for one collieryconstuction is obtained. A four grade WBS for ZhaoGu Colliery No. 1 is made. WithMicrosoft Project 2003, the period of ZhaoGu Colliery No. 1 is schemed, and the keypath is pointed out. The thesis explains the feasibility and method for the applicationof PDCA and 6 Sigma, and the control of quality system. Thethesis analyses theorganism characteristics of colliery construction project and puts out the basicprinciples, the construction parts should participate the project in the design period toincrease the effect of the project operation. Thethesis analyses the integration of thePMIS and the foramation of the structure, points out system design principles andmethods, and the process of design and the system improvement.
