This dissertation studies the single enterprise organization. Applying the results of life science, game theory, psychology and etc., firstly, the enterprise's behavior and evolution are investigated qualitatively in the view of organism. Then, from the aspect of the culture factors (such as affect, etc.), environmental factors and the enterprise object, the specific market competition behavior is discussed quantitatively, and thus, some new models of rational behavior are established, which are more consistent with the practice. The dissertation is organized as follows:Chapter 1 is a preface. In Chapter 2, an universal descriptive definition about the enterprise behavior is obtained combining the results of life science. And then, a new model of enterprise evolution is also established. In Chapter 3, the limitation of traditional rationality hypothesis is first pointed out. Then, taking into account the environmental factors which influence the enterprise's rational behavior, a model of market competition behavior—the dynamical Cournot model is analyzed, and a durable goods model which allows the change of market capacity is obtained. Based on Chapter 3, the dynamical Cournot models are studied from the perspectives of the enterprise's object in Chapter 4 and the affect factors in Chapter 5, respectively, and then some new Cournot models respectively involved in the long-run profit and the fairness requirement of the enterprise are established. Finally, the conclusion and some prospects are provided in Chapter 6.There are five innovations in this dissertation:(1) The difference between the definitions of the enterprise'niche and ecological niche are analyzed by considering motile property of enterprise. And hence, the definition of enterprise niche construction or enterprise's motile selection is presented to describe the whole behavior with intense goal of the enterprise. Then, some conclusions and discussions on the requirement and approach of enterprise's motile selection are made.
