The thesis is presented from three aspects. Firstly the thesis summarizes the present andthe past of the informal organization from the side of management and economics. Also itanalyzes the cause of formation , type and the inner regulation for the informal organization .Thus it demonstrates the essence and the aim of it.Secondly the thesis analyzes the influenceon the benefit-based organization made by the informal group's activities in the perspectiveof economics through game theory, contract theory, X efficiency theory, rent seeking theoryand so on. The game model of authority distribution , converse choice towards personnelpromotion and rent-seeking of the authority are brought forward at the same time.Asmanagement has no stable type , we have to take different measures for informalorganization . In the thesis ,the system innovation is adopted toward the rent-seekingauthority. While toward the X low-efficiency caused by the " Self-limited Output " made bythe informal organization in each department in the enterprise, the promotion system issupposed to be introduced, especially the salary promotion. As to the informal organizationwhich doesn't disturb the enterprise, just let it be. Finally, the thesis studied one informalorganization as the case in use of the above method and conclusion, thereby feasiblesuggestions are given toward the vicious informal organization.
