The informal organization is relative to the official organizations.It is an objective fact that informal organizations widely exists in the social organization. Its existence and development is a double-edged sword and has both positive and negative side for enterprise development. The managers not only can not allowed to ingnore the existence and function of the informal organization but also to strengthen the management and coordination of the informal organization to ensure the target of official organization be completed realize.With the studies on the informal organization,while it initiated the traditional bureaucracy organizational change.It has forming a strong inside and external force for the management system, corporate culture and innovation mechanism in enterprises.The formalize limits of private enterprises,traditional culture under the multi-dimensional situation, the psychological contract, management of the imperfect system of informal organizations such as the formation and development of incentives and motivation has the dual influences to Private enterprise's development. The analysis to the phenomenon of the informal organizations in private enterprises which dialysis the informal organizations in the development situation and existing problems of management.The connection which the revelation government and the existence of the unofficial organization then clear the need for informal organizational governance and significance.The analysis to the phenomenon of the informal organizations in Jingniu Group, namely, through the specific study on the impact of the informal organizations to private enterprises and the management methods of informal organizations. It has afford the reference to the private enterprises how to choose the governance path. The existence of informal organizations is inevitable. Managers should focus on the different types of informal organizations to take different treatment methods. The article based on the formation and development of informal organization and its relationship.Through analysis to the informal organizations in private enterprise and take Jingniu Group for an example.It explores our country private enterprise informal organization management path selection and innovation.Lead the development of informal organization in private enterprise, strengthen the direction of private enterprise in China, which provide favorable institutional environment and culture for the healthy and development of the private enterprises.
