On The Basis Of Organizational Behavior Empirical Research On Informal Group Influences On The Network Organizational Efficiency

With the development of global economy and the increasing of uncertainty, organization, produced in the process of industrialization, is being challenged by politics, economy, culture, technology and management in the society. Its high cost and low efficiency, high devotion and low innovation, high control and low communication are becoming the shackle of the development of an organization. In order to survive in the competition, all organizations have to become more floating and prompt, and focus on customers. Meanwhile, many companies have to turn to new flexible organization according to new environment.During the past 20 years, network organization has been produced in the process of carrying out new types of organizations by some large companies and institutions. network organization first appeared in some outsourcing and service enterprises, which flatted their frame and made those units more independent. In recent years, with the emergence of network organization in different industries, it becomes more and more popular. Based on the theory of network organization and informal group,the thesis tries to analyze the affirmative influence of informal group on the efficiency of network organization.Most current researches focus on the influence of formal group on the efficiency of network organization, but few pay attention to the influence of informal group on the efficiency of network organization.The thesis put forward four assumptions and resort to questionnaire project, survey and statistical analysis.......There are two main conclusions: 1.informal group could strongly explain the influence of communication, conflict, culture, and leadership on the efficiency of network organization.2. .informal group could strongly adjust the influence of communication, conflict, culture, and leadership on the efficiency of network organization.The main purpose of researching the influence of informal group on the efficiency of network organization is to find how to promote the operational efficiency of network organization.The operational efficiency of network organization is determined by many factors.
