Initial Research On State Owned ASHF General Factory Motivation Mechanism

The establishment of the motivation mechanism is the precondition and theimportant compositive part of the modern human resource management. How to builda set of scientific motivation mechanism that is adapt to China's situation andpromotes the development of enterprise in the era of knowledge economy andeconomic globalization is a very important question for discussion to state-ownedenterprise especially enterprise like ASHF General Factory. Starting from the basictheory of motivation, this thesis analyzed the practice and the trend of motivationmechanism in domestic and abroad enterprises, presented new idea and designthrough the analysis and diagnose of motivation mechanism of ASHF GeneralFactory, argued that the establishment of enterprise motivation mechanism is veryimportant to the operation and development of enterprise.The first part introduced the significance of motivation mechanism research,made sure the research content and the research route, and anatomized thedevelopment process of motivation mechanism and the problems exist in the practiceof motivation mechanism in stated-owned enterprise.The second part introduced the status quo and the development process of ASHFGeneral Factory, anatomized the problems exist in nowaday motivation mechanismbriefly.The third part introduced the connotation and function and basic theory relate tomotivation in human resource management, defined roundly the meaning, thecharacteristic and the basic principle in building motivation mechanism and theexhibitive format. This part is the theory basis of motivation mechanism design ofASHF General Factory.The forth part researched the practice and the development trend of motivationmechanism in domestic and abroad enterprises, analyzed the mis-action in cognitionand operation mainly.The fifth part was the keystone of the thesis, it redesigned the motivationmechanism system of the ASHF general factory, expatiated the critical step andprocess briefly for the operation of motivation mechanism in ASHF General Factory,presented practical advices on implementing the motivation mechanism in ASHFgeneral factory for reference.
