Research On Design Approach Of Motivation Mechanism Improvement In Chongqing Dencare Company

Nowadays, enterprise's organization is facing the unprecedented changes and challenges in the new century, Fast-changing market environment and international environment have put forward new request for the survival and development of enterprises motivation mechanism. The institutional framework of traditional enterprises and the ideas of old motivation mechanism need to be thoroughly changed and innovated. As our enterprises' entering a crisis of existence and developing, they are all unable to meet new form and new task, no matter which point of view we look from; the change of the domestic enterprise's management mode and management environment, or the motivation mechanism innovation system and national principles and policies. In this paper, manage environment that are inside and outside of Chongqing Dencare Company, have been analyzed, and the feasible reform schemes of motivation mechanism that are suitable for the future development, have been brought out. All of these are combining with the practice case and theories about enterprise motivation mechanism, and proceed from above cognition.Firstly, it summarized the general development of enterprise motivation mechanism from domestic to abroad, and studied the main forms of enterprise motivation mechanism and it's current situation as well as characteristics. Meanwhile, it introduced Chongqing Dencare, and the general situation and current motivation mechanism of Chongqing Dencare, and analyzed the existing problems. On this basis, the paper gives optimization of motivation mechanism and suggestions about its impediment, which are suitable for Chongqing Dencare in the future development, considering high-efficient, controllability, stability and flexibility. Besides, the paper analysis countermeasures about optimization of motivation mechanism in Chongqing Dencare. It will be valuable to improve the motivation mechanism of Chongqing Dencare.
