Investigation And Study About The Motivation Mechanism Of Boda Communication Company

Motivation mechanism is the core problem of the human resource management. It acts important and unique role in motivating the employees' enthusiasm, creating constructive atmosphere, maintaining the stable and harmonious labor relations and so on. Every enterprise has to motivate the employees and ponder how to enhance the motivation effect. Starting from the basic theory of motivation, the author analyzed the practice and the trend of motivation mechanism in domestic and overseas enterprises, put forward new ideas and schemes through the analysis and diagnosis of motivation mechanism of general factory, argued that the establishment of enterprise motivation mechanism was very important to the operation and development of enterprise. The article includes three parts:In the first part, the author introduced the significance of researching motivation mechanism. Then, the human resource and the relevant motivation measures are described with detailed material. The issue is disclosed and the aim is set forth through an investigation report. From above the descriptions we can see that material reward motivation is still the primary motivation at present. Some essential work including job analysis, performance evaluation should be done to guarantee the efficiency of motivation measures.In the second part, improvement suggestion were put forward in both material reward and spiritual reward motivation. In physical motivations. Wage structure was redesigned quantitatively by feasibility analysis. In spiritual reward motivation, promotion, training, job design, participative management were discussed qualitatively. Meanwhile to establish the scientific motivation mechanism was elaborated in detail . At last, the author proposed a set of motivation mechanism means and reasoned several questions needed to pay attention from the enhancement motivation's valid angle.In the third part, the author redesigned the motivation mechanism system of the general factory, expatiated the critical step and process of the motivation mechanism operation in general factory, thereby presented practical reference advices on implementing the motivation mechanism in general factory.
