Improvement Research On H Company Inventory Management Of Supply Chain Based On Service-oriented Manufacturing

Nowadays,the global manufacturing industry is undergoing a transformation from traditional manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing,which has gradually transformed the core of the entire economic value into innovation and service.At the same time as enterprise manufacturing transformation and upgrading,the problem of inventory cost control has not been solved well.This problem also exists in this paper.Based on a large number of existing literature,combined with H company's background of the production of the motor,get in touch with the actual operation of the production and sales of the enterprise with the aim of improving the profitability,production efficiency and on-time delivery rate of H company,a qualitative and quantitative analysis method and Arena simulation software are used to conduct research on supply chain inventory management of H company,which can provide recommendations for the final improvement of inventory management level and countermeasures.The main ideas of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,it analyzes the development situation and the status quo of inventory management of H company in combination with the development background of the current era,try to find out some problems in enterprise inventory management and summarize the relevant theories of supply chain and supply chain inventory management.Secondly,combined with the actual production and sales data of the enterprise and based on the outcomes of previous research,it attempts to figure out the four elementary factors: human resource cost,inventory commodity cost,total cost of sales and cost of parts and components related to inventory cost,carry out correlation and regression analysis,and forecast the inventory cost.Thereafter through the Arena simulation,also combined with the data predicted by the previous data and regression analysis,it also aims to find out the optimal point of order after the implementation of supply chain management inventory(VMI),that is to say,the lowest point of enterprise inventory cost.Finally,according to the simulation results,several specific measures to improve the inventory management level are proposed from the perspective of the overall development of the company.
