Research On Modeling And Simulation For The Efficiency Of Garment Enterprises Supply Chain

With the improvement of people's income and living standards,the ability to quickly meet customer demand for clothing enterprises is becoming more and more high.But because of China's clothing enterprises are using supply chain operation mode vertical integration,product circulation time in the supply chain,supply chain operation efficiency,to meet the demands of customers fast,leading garment enterprises are facing tremendous pressure of competition in the market.How to cope with the demand change,shorten the delivery time,improve the efficiency of supply chain operation,become the most important problem to be solved in the process of supply chain operation.Based on the above considerations,this paper studies the operational efficiency of the supply chain operation simulation model of garment enterprises.First of all,the paper analyzes the process of supply chain operation.By comparing the three modes of supply chain operation,such as vertical integration,push and pull mode,the operation mode of the supply chain should be combined with push-pull mode.Then it analyzes the customer order process,the supplementary inventory process,the garment production process and the process of the garment production process in the process of supply chain operation.Finally,from the two aspects of enterprise capability and supply chain strategy,the factors that affect the efficiency of supply chain operation are analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of the above analysis,the model of supply chain operation model of the five grade garment enterprises of the Object Oriented Petri Net is established.Firstly the clothing enterprise supply chain structure,and based on the Object Oriented Petri Net,the supply chain of garment enterprise top Petri net models are established,the supplier,manufacturers,distributors and retailers subnet object Petri net model,and then combine the two formed a complete five grade supply chain of garment enterprise operation model from the supplier until the end of the final customer.Finally,based on the Flexsim software,the simulation model of supply chain operation is established.Based on the Flexsim simulation software,the supply chain operation efficiency is simulated under different demand,and the improvement suggestions and optimization strategies are put forward for the bottleneck operation in the model operation.The research results can provide reference for enterprise managers,it is conducive to improve the efficiency of clothing enterprises supply chain operation,and promote the clothing enterprise supply chain's rapid response and the coordination of the whole supply chain operation system optimization.
