Service-Oriented Manufacturing model is the systematic combination of manufacturing and service industry. It is the new model of advanced manufacturing industry and with great significance for the improvement of enterprises'performance, customer value, resource utilization and social benefits. Nowadays,most of the researches about Service-Oriented Manufacturing are focusing on the macro-level of conceptualization, and lack of systematically quantitative study. This paper expends the Service-Oriented Manufacturing theory to the actual operation level of hybrid supply chain. Based on mathematical modeling and numerical simulation methods, this paper gives the in-depth research on the reconfiguration problem of hybrid supply chain in Service-Oriented Manufacturing model.The reconfiguration problem of hybrid supply chain derives from the customer demand of reconfiguration of Product-Service System. In order to fulfill the customer demand for reconfiguration, the service integrator has to upgrade the configuration capabilities of hybrid supply chain. First, this paper proposes 2 strategies to enhance configuration capabilities of single Solution Oriented Partner (SOP): Outsourcing the reconfiguration capabilities and Enterprise learning, and gives the optimal decision making method and different performance distribution to each strategy. Afterwards, this paper expends customer demand of reconfiguration to the SOP net, and builds the two-stage stochastic programming model for the SOP reconfiguration problem and the solution algorithm basic of Sample average approximation method. Then this research shows the relation between customer reconfiguration demand and the SOP configuration capabilities by numerical simulation method. At the end of this paper, we propose an integrated reconfiguration model for the service integrator. This model contains the function of customer demand forecasting and function of risk controlling of service integrator, and this model also provides a more comprehensive theory to guide the practical management of service integrator.
