An Object-oriented Petri Net with Changeable Structure (OPN-CS) model of agile logistics system was proposed for the reconstruction of agile logistics system in this paper, based on the research of agile logistics modularization in supply chain and Colored Petri Net (CPN) and Object-oriented Petri Net (OPN). At first, there was some functional modules of agile logistics system were analyzed by the logistics system operation process, such as transportation, storage, distribution, packaging and information process, and so on. Then, packaging CPN model, storage CPN model and inventory CPN model was structured and integrated to the objects of agile logistics system OPN model including the vendor, manufacturer, distributor and retailer. Agile logistics system OPN model was constructed with the message passing relation net (MPRT) by the gate transition. Deadlock detection and conflict analysis was necessary after the model constructed. At last, an example of an E-commerce distributor showed that how the OPN-CS model was applied in the individualized customization for notebook PC. The changeable structure of OPN-CS model was built when the message passing relation among the modules and the amount of modules had changed. An optimal path of agile logistics system in supply chain occurred when the OPN-CS model about the example was emulated by the emulation tool called VisobjNet.
