Research On Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) On Urban Construction Project For HeBei Province

With the acceleration of urban land development and functional exchang of landuse,the existing urban old transportation facility is having heary pressure.Trafficimpact analysis become more and more important in urban traffic planning andmanagement.however,no perfact and complete system of traffic impact analysis onregulations and management process has been evolved in hebei province.staring fromthe throry of traffic impact analysis,this paper points out how to make TIA whichshoud adapt to the urbans of hebei province conditions.Basing on some content oftechnology and mangement,the range and studying mothod for which TIA can beused,and the content that TIA include ,for example ,road establishment planning,basictraffic volume and project traffic volume forecasted,mothed improved,are put up bythe paper.
