Research And Application For Lean Production And Management System In Automobile Enterprise

Lean Production is one of the world-leading production management ways in industry. Its basic idea is to eliminate all wastes to satisfy the changeful market demand through realizing JIT production.Through the application practice of lean production system in Changan Group, this paper discusses the implementation strategy of Lean Production under the Chinese cultural background.With Chinese entry into the WTO, the government will gradually abolish the policies to protect domestic industries. Especially now automobile market is fully open to the world automobile industry, foreign car manufacturing giants are swarming into Chinese auto market. Changan Automobile Corporation as the Chinese largest manufacturer enterprise of micro car, need to accelerate the pace of innovation and management organization change in order to compete with foreign auto manufacturers. Therefore, Changan Group started with the implementation of Changan Lean Production System (CPS) in 2005. Combining with the work experience of implementing CPS, the study and application of Lean production at home and abroad, and the Lean Production theory, the author detailedly describes the analysis of Chang'an Group's production management and improving measures, and the introduction, operation and effect analysis of CPS.This paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter ? begins with an overview of the Lean Production, then analyzes the domestic and overseas enterprises and academic institutions for research and application of lean production, discusses the implementation necessity of Lean Production in Chinese manufacturing industry, and finally explaines the background and significance of the issue.The chapter II introduces the development course of Lean Production, explaines the content and features of Lean Production, studies the hiberarchy of Lean Production from the principle and the four basic methods of the Lean Production, introduces the important Lean Production system reference of CPS -- Ford Production Systems (FPS), and finally puts forward the strategies and technologies of Lean Production in Chines enterprises.Chapter III entirely analyzes the production management of Changan Group from the aspect of production capacity, production organization, purchase and logistics, and manufacturing process control by use the principles and methods of Lean Production.
