As everyone knows, building consumes (or wastes) enormous energy everyyear in China, while rapid modernization of China requires it to import more andmore energy. So solar energy must be widely used in building and our country mustpromote investment in solar building. How to follow the tidal current of sustainabledevelopment in the world and promote the solar building, which is fit for China, isthe new problem that we face. Under the background, the theme of the paper is theinvestment's mode and incentive policy of the solar building.This paper differentiates and analyses the relational conceptions of the solarbuilding, especially introduces market's actuality in solar building both at home andoverseas, analyses and evaluates the overall benefits of investment in solar building.Based on the analysis of many research papers in this field, especially the theory ofUS investment modes in solar building and main investment modes in real estate,this paper brings forward six investment modes which are fit for the stimulantmechanism of market: Energy Management Company;Solar Energy ManagementCompany;Third-Party Finance;BOT Investment Mode;Government FinanceInvestment;Introducing Foreign Capital. As the same time, the paper deeplyresearches incentive policy promoting the solar building. This paper can be used as areference for constituting the investment mode and incentive policy in solar building,which accord with the stimulant mechanism of market, and for forming a maturemarket mechanism of solar building in China.This paper takes advantage of a research method of combining theoreticalanalysis and positive analysis, development analysis and comparative analysis,deduction analysis and induction analysis.
