On Economic Incentive Policy Of Public Buildings Energy Efficiency In Xi'an City

Building energy-saving is that saving energy, reducing consumption of energy, promoting energy efficiency by means of using new heat preservation thermal insulation material on wall, new heating and air-conditioning equipment with higher SEER and so on. Energy-saving work of our country was started in the 1980s. The first design standard was on trail in 1986. Since then, a series of standards and policies were put in place, but the effect is not ideal.This article analyses the problems of energy-saving management of public buildings in Xi'an city which based on the research about economic incentive policy home and abroad, and emphasized on the relative benefit factors, their conduct, actual conditions and the conceive about economic incentive policy of public buildings energy efficiency. This research contributes to the government's drawing up economic incentive policies of public buildings energy efficiency which conform with the long-term energy development strategy of our country and promoting energy-saving work with more efficiency. This article is also important to research and draw up regional economic incentive policies of public buildings energy efficiency.
