A Study On Policy Management Of Tianjin Port Modern Logistics

The goal of the thesis is to probe into strategy and countermeasure of TianjinPort Modern Logistics based on modern logistics concept. Modern logistics isrequired by the development of transport industry, The port, as the pivot ofglobalization integrated shipping service system, play an important role in supplychain of modern logistics. Tianjin, as the biggest port of city in north China, hasadvantaged priority and nicer basal condition in developing modern logistics. But now,there is many restricted factor for Tianjin Port to construct the top-class Port in theworld. It's very important for construction and development of Tianjin Port to analyzeand study the policy frame of logistics and main question in current system to table aproposal on improving the policy of Tianjin port logistics. The thesis includes fourparts. Modern logistics theory and its concepts are settled, induced, anatomized andfurther stated the development of port and policy construction based on modernlogistics concepts in Partâ… . Some materials are collected andinduced, accordingly some suggestion are proposed for the policy management of ourcountry through macro analyzing actuality of port logistics in Part â…¢, Part â…£ is thekernel of the thesis and its goal is to improve gradually the policy environment ofTianjin Port and construction the international deep water hub port by proposals ofdetailed strategies.The main innovation point of the thesis is that some useful strategies andcountermeasures are proposed for development of Tianjin Port modern logistics basedon modern logistics operation concept aiming at the congested port condition in recentyears and it shows stronger practical guide significance.
