Therefore from the view of strategic development, the paper bring forward the "Research on Programming of Port of Lianyungang Modern Logistics".First, the paper points out the real development of modern logistics, superiority of port logistics; then principle and step of the port logistics are introduced into. Second, the paper lists in detail the several kinds of models of basic logistics that the enterprises of port can choose and summarize the successful experience of advanced ports of other countries. Third, The paper comprehensively analyzes hinterland economy of Port of Lianyungang and main competitive ports, then combined with the analysis of port inside resource and capacity. With the help of result of these analyses, advantage, inferior position, opportunity and challenge of Port of Lianyungang modem logistics development is found out.
