As the development of logistics in the world, in order to improve the port city quickly to develop, It is necessary for ports to develop sharply logistics industry. Port logistics has been a important factor to promote the port city development. However, some problems are still existed during the development of port logistics. Therefore, this thesis want to supply some useful suggestions for the development of China ports logistics through researching in port logistics.In the first, the thesis introduce the concept and characteristic and influent factors of port logistics. Then the thesis also analysis the actuality of China port logistics, including the its advantage and disadvantage and the difficult and challenge facing it. Then the thesis adopts AHP method to qualitatively analysis the port logistics and put forward some significant factors which play a great important role in port logistics. Meantime, at the end, the passage made a analysis the advantage and disadvantage of Tian Jin port logistics and bring forward some constructive advice. and so do other ports.
