The paper discussed the problem of human capital influence on industry economic growth with "Lucas" theory and "Nelson-Phelps" theory.The paper analyses the human capital influence of economic growth in Lucas theory and Nelson-Phelps theory, bring forward that human capital influence economic growth via internal effort , external effort and the labor's ability .The internal effort and external effort of human capital are the direct factor of economic growth, their effort can be seen during a very short period. While the labor's ability does its work on economic growth indirectly, the effort exerts inherently and stagnantly, so it cannot be seen during a short period. These efforts are very important for industry economic growth.Besides the academic analysis, we use some cases to support findings above. Firstly, we describe the trend of human capital investment andeconomic growth to analyses that the human capital investment and economic growth change in the same direction;Secondly, analyses the internal effort and external effort of human capital influence of economic growth in industrial economic;Thirdly, analyses the labor's ability influence on economic growth, and test finance human capital investment especially the investment of education does the important work on economic growth;Lastly, we analyses human capital influence the industry economic from internal effort external effort and knowledge effort aspects with the study on Acer to confirm whether or not human capital is very important to economic growth..
