Study On Promoting The Construction Of Industrial Injury Insurance System For Construction Workers In Hebei Province

As an important part of China's social insurance system,work injury insurance can effectively protect workers' rights and interests at work injury,maintain social stability and promote economic development.With the continuous acceleration of urbanization,a large number of construction workers are required to invest in urban infrastructure construction.However,compared with other industries,the construction industry is relatively special,with a high risk factor,coupled with weak awareness of construction workers' safety precautions,resulting in frequent accidents at work.Therefore,advancing the construction of the construction workers' work injury insurance system in Hebei Province,and improving the work injury insurance system can fundamentally reduce the frequency of work injury accidents,effectively protect the legal rights and interests of construction workers,and promote the stable development of society.On the basis of extensive reading of relevant literature and field visits,the paper studies and analyzes the industrial injury insurance system and related contents of construction workers in Hebei Province from four aspects.First of all,the concepts related to the work injury insurance system were defined,and the theoretical foundations such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,state intervention theory,and social equity theory were explained.Secondly,reviewing the construction stage of the work injury insurance system in Hebei Province,and analyze the effectiveness of the construction worker group in the work injury insurance in Hebei Province.In addition,the data of field surveys were used to analyze the construction situation of construction workers' work injury insurance,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to measure the satisfaction of construction workers in the work injury insurance system in Hebei Province.Thirdly,combined with the actual investigation,the paper further analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the construction workers' work injury insurance system in Hebei Province at present,such as the laws and regulations to be improved,the government's inadequate performance of functions,the incomplete work injury prevention mechanism,the work injury compensation mechanismto be standardized,and the work injury rehabilitation system to be developed.Finally,put forward corresponding countermeasures to the existing problems,such as establishing and improving construction workers' work injury insurance laws and regulations,strengthening relevant government functions,optimizing work injury prevention mechanisms,standardizing work injury compensation mechanisms,speeding up the development of work injury rehabilitation systems.And put forward the establishment of the government,construction workers,employers,trade unions,social service institutions,non-governmental organizations and other multi-subject industrial injury prevention-treatment protection-rehabilitation services linkage mechanism to promote the development of construction workers' industrial injury insurance system in Hebei Province.
