Study Of The Logistics Services System Based On Wuhan City Circle

The study of the urban logistics is a new hotspot of the field of logistics management, the services system of urban logistics is the inevitable product of the game between the macroeconomy and the microscopic enterprise. It's biggest goal is to combine all kinds of logistics resources, to make optimization to the whole social logistics system. This thesis backs on the concept of "the Wuhan city circle" and "middle rises", through carrying on analysis to the environment that the logistics industry of Wuhan city circle develop in, provides the basal theory for the construction of Wuhan modern logistics services system.In the preliminary stage of investigation and study of the system, this thesis carry on the analysis to the system's external environment and internal environment at first, then use the SWOT strategy analysis tool to obtain the Wuhan logistics industry developmental strategy localization. Afterwards this thesis use sereval different forecast models to carry on analysis to the historical data of Wuhan City, then draws the corresponding forecast conclusion, and then made the reasonable judgment to the logistics industry development tendency in future of the Wuhan city circle. Backing on the theory about urban logistics and region logistics, this thesis subsequently proposed the city industry distribution and the transportation system are the key factors which decide the network's layout , according to the obtains above ,this article get the layout of the logistics service system based on the Wuhan city circle development;Afterwards , according to the market demand ,this article make out the function of Wuhan city circle logistics network and establish the achievements appraisal target system. Finally, this article put forward the view about conformation of the logistics services system of the Wuhan city circle ,and opinion about how to put forward the development of logistics industry.
