Mergers and Acquisitions are described as a magic, bold and unique solution that can improve stock value. Some new M&A trades will appear in the front page of the newspaper nearly every day. In China, the tide of M&A is also sweeping across the enterprises of our country slowly. But the high miss ratio of M&A trades often make people feel greatly disappointed, a large number of M&A failures have caused the great losses to global economy and social welfare.The formulation of M&A strategy, choice of M&A object, design of M&A scheme, management integration of M&A are key factors to determining the success or failure of a M&A trade. However, at the transition stage of M&A, the top managers of the company often only focus on financial data and pay little attention to talents who are their most valuable wealth. Until they lose their talents seriously, they will not suddenly see the light.Everything must prevent trouble before it happens. Research on HR integration of M&A has great meanings for improving success rate of M&A trades. At present, many research on HR integration of M&A only stay on the aspect of theory. Even abroad, research also needs to be deepened. This thesis selects new angle, the point of practice, and devotes to researching concrete works and basic operating practice during the course of integration of HR integration. It tries to involve each aspect related to all human resources, point out how to do. Meanwhile, a large number of cases, templates and etc, make the research results have more directive significance of practice. The thesis is divided into five parts together:The first part: Introduction. It explains the basic conceptions, such as M&A and HR integration, and points out the purpose and meaning of studying in this thesis. It also describes the current situation of research on the areas both at home and abroad at present.The second part: the problems of HR integration of M&A. This part has analyzed all sorts of challenges from HR integration of M&A from the organizational aspect and individual aspect separately. Meanwhile, it points out the key of HR integration.The third part: Classical case analysis. On the basis of enumerating the facts, it analyzes and summarizes the successful experience and fail lesson of classical M&Acases on the position of HR integration.The fourth part: Practice of HR integration of M&A. This is the most important chapter of this text, enumerate all steps of HR integration project, such as the investigation of HR, the relevant materials of HR, salary and welfare comparison and etc., tell people what to do from the point of practice and the question that should be paid attention to during the process of operating.The fifth part: Conclusion and basic innovating points.
