ABSTRACT:Looking at the current international and domestic economic situation, the economic growth rate has slowed, demographic dividend was disappeared, the influence level of opportunity to success has reduced. At the same time, with the rapid development of science and technology, people’s living standards and the level of education has risen, new generation workers become the main labor market. In this macroeconomic situation, business management concepts and ideas also need to be changed, from the visible to the invisible, from cost to value, from the process, system to the human heart. Talent, how to be used, developed, producted and cohesed effectively, become the core of enterprise management. Human resource are focused on how to manage talent and meet their development needs at all stages of career development, therefore, career development management capacity can be a core competency of human resources management.This paper gets reference to the theory of career development management, domestic and international practice of management, based on the wide investigation of TX career development present situation and existed problems, to optimize the career development system. The paper consists of five sections. The first part:introduction to the research background, significance, content as well as the focus. The second part: career career theory review. The third part:the status quo and problems of career development system in TX. The fourth part:optimized career development system research. The fifth part:the ensurence for implementation and measurements.The purpose of this article is not only to address TX company career development-related issues, but also to prepare on a more systematic and comprehensive career development system construction. Hope it can be some useful to those enterprises who expected to enhance human resources management.
