In the new economy, more and more people have recognized the importance of the corporate early-warning. It's the important way to find and avoid crisis in the early-warning management for establishing the corporate early-warning index system and model. Especially, for a company in the coming economy the critically factors which affect it's operation and risk avoidance, such as marketing share, customer catching and maintenance, R&D investment, talents characteristics and so on, are becoming more and more important. All these factors are also involved in the Balance Scoredcard's framework. So, the bran-new thought to construct the model of corporate early-warning based on BSC.At first, we have reviewed some of the major studies and metrics that had been done in area of corporate early-warning and BSC. And then we found that few studies in the past recognized the importance of non-financial factors in the corporate early-warning model study. But now, the non-financial factors has been more and more important role in the corporate early-warning. So this paper try to redefine the factors of the corporate early-warning model, and construct the bran-new model, and make great efforts to perfect the theory and practice of the whole corporate early-warning management.As the base of the whole research, the study begins with the key tache of constructing the early-warning model—constructing the corporate early-warning index system, researching the selecting principal of early-warning index and the method of constructing model, basing on the early research in the early-warning index system and BSC index frame, to creatively setup 8 lays, altogether 41 bottom index. The research questionnairedl40 higher managers of 27 corporates in Zhejiang, handling with the data by the method of factor analysis, taking out the important 26 buttom index and inducing the key 6 factors: finance support factor, internal operation factor, growth factor, talents factor, clients factor, R&D factor. At the same time, making certain the ration relation between 6 factors and 26 buttom index. Then, the research investigate the manage experts of the college and corporates in Zhejiang, altogether taking back 135 available questionnaire, and setup the power of the 6 factors in the corporate early-warning system by the AHP method, finally, constructing the corporate early-warning model based on BSC.At the end, the paper sumed up and discussed all the research, and found out theprogress and the shortage of the research, and then we overviewed what should be done in this area in the future.
