The Technological Innovation Of Medium And Small Transformer Companies

As a part of the China's medium and small companies, the medium and smalltransformer companies take great roles in solving employment problem andenriching the consuming capacity. In recently years, our medium and smalltransformer companies have some troubles in dealing with the technologicalinnovation. Finding the solution of these troubles, it's very good to improving thecompetition ability of our medium and small companies. Firstly, this paper talksabout the competitive advantages and these companies' situation of the techniqueinnovation. Next, this paper tries to talk about the method of technologicalinnovation management from the angle of these companies. Finally, with the methodof the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), this paper tries to give a choosing-modelabout the technological innovation stratagem to the medium and small transformercompanies. Wish this paper can be helpful in promoting these companies'competitive capability and then making these companies become stronger andstronger.
