Quality Management Research On A Transformer Substation Construction Project

The quality management research of projects has certain practical and theoretical significance.Taking A transformer substation construction project as an example, by analyzing the current situation of the transformer substation construction project to build a quality management system framework. Then based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, to make an integrated assessment for A substation construction project quality management. Quality management at all stages of the construction of the transformer substation are very important. On the basis of the PDCA circulation principle, the quality management evaluation system is divided into four aspects, plan, do, check and act. By analyzing A transformer substation construction project quality evaluation system, we know that the quality management evaluation model is feasible. This facilitates self-evaluation and testing for the management, and detects deficiencies, develops response plan and makes improvements.By combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, we evaluate the level of transformer substation construction project quality management.This provides the guidance for project quality management. We should combine the actual situation during the project quality management evaluation, modify evaluation, established appropriate evaluation model, and provide the corresponding improvement measures. In personnel management, we can strengthen personnel training, employee performance appraisal. In quality management, we can enhance the design quality management.
