Performance Evaluation is a very important component of the Human ResourceManagement system. To establish a Performance Evaluation System is a new directionfor the initiatives of managing performance and an important part of all managementsystem. It is an entirely new and critical task for all the Chinese enterprises to designand establish a performance evaluation system which is applicable to China's practicalsituation and which meets the needs for the enterprises to grow in Today's economicglobalization. Based on the performance management theories and applying thescientific performance assessment techniques, matching the management strategictargets and human resources situation of YM power plant, the thesis designs a suitableperformance assessment system, which could be referenced to other domestic powerplant. |
