Summarizing the research of theory and application of human resource performanceassessment in our country and overseas firstly, then introducing the human resourceperformance assessment method in America and Europe at large. Analyzing the basal theoryand mainstream method of human resource performance assessment, based on humanresource performance assessment ideology, establishes human resource performanceassessment model as weight Indicator assessment system model. Then applying this modelanalyzes some problem in human resource performance assessment system of State GridCompany, gives some beneficial suggestion. Drawing out the direction of future reform inhuman resource performance assessment system of State Grid Company, gives some operablescenario. In order to solve the unbalanced problem between departments in the company, thepaper gives two constructive concept as "department performance adjust index" and"performance adjust coefficient".
