Research On Controlling Mechanism Of Power System Operation Risk Based On Mechanism Theory

Reform of electricity system brings up new problems when boosting theelectric industry. In market environment, how to control power system operationrisk with improving economic efficiency is currently a difficult problem as well ashotspot of the reform.To solve the problem, the paper builds controlling mechanism of power systemoperation risk by economic approach, searching for balance between economy andsecurity of power system operation. First, analyses on power system operation riskare given;then the economic ways to control this kind of risk are introduced;afterthat, based on theory of mechanism design, a mechanism to control power systemoperation risk is developed;finally, simulation and its analysis on the mechanismare accomplished.
