As an important practical form of sustainable development in the world, industrial Eco-Network (IEN) is an artificial regional economic system to simulate structure and mechanism of natural ecological system. It is used to solve the conflict between economy growth and resource consuming, and conflict between community advancement and environment pollution. The development of IEN is based on the stability of itself. Research on the stability of IEN is turning into a meaningful academic theme. At present, the research on the IES stability influence factors has been started and has got some achievement. But the stability research combined with symbiosis patterns is few and is not systemic. The paper, based on the former influence factors research, continues the further research on stability combining individual entity symbiosis and comprehensive entity symbiosis, which are the most popular forms in IEN at present. This research is significant both in IEN's theoretical and practical fields.Based on bionomics, management science (theory of firm strategic alliance), system project theory and theory of industrial ecology, the paper conducts the research by combining quality research with model deduction and game theory analysis, normative research with typical case research.The paper firstly does the research on the connotation of industrial symbiosis pattern and stability. On the base of this, the paper analyzes the influnence factors of IEN and builds up the adjusted three-dimensional theoretical model of stability influence factors. After this, combining the characteristics of the two symbiosis patterns, the paper analyzes the stability mechanisms on two influnce factors which are sufficient technique and government support and gives the solutions. Besides, the paper analyzes the influence on stability of the vertical and horizontal network structure, and uses the mathematics model in bionomics which is used to describe the mutual benefit relationship between two species to build up the mathematics model of symbiotic relationship between firms in order to research the symbiotic stability conditions of individual entity symbiosis and comprehensive entity symbiosis. The paper also uses the game theory to analyze the speculation in the individual entity symbiosis and explains the causes of speculation and offers the methods of defence. At last, combining the typical case, the paper analyzes the price flexibility of comprehensive entity symbiosis.
