Research On The Stability Of Industrial Symbiosis Network In Eco-industrial Park

Eco-industrial Park is a new form of industrial organization which based on the theory of circular economy and industrial ecology. Industrial Symbiosis Network is the main organizational form of ecological cooperation in Eco-industrial Park and it is also the core of building Eco-industrial Park. However, with the development of the practice, it didn't run smoothly as expected, symbiotic relationships between some members in industrial symbiosis Network weakened, some others directly abandoned the Industrial Symbiosis Network. Therefore, this paper chose the stability of Industrial Symbiosis Network in Eco-industrial Park as a topic to discuss.This paper first introduces some concepts of industrial symbiosis networks in the Eco-industrial Park, the content of industrial symbiosis network stability, performance, characteristics basing on circular economy, industrial ecology and other related theories.And it focuses on the factors which impact the stability of industry symbiosis network. On this basis, the paper analyses the important factors affecting the stability though the symbiosis model and the roles of different parties in EIP. And it finally puts forward some advices on how to maintain the stability of industrial symbiosis network.This paper argues that the structural risk, relationship risk, technical risk are the three major factors which influence the industrial symbiosis network. Meanwhile, the stability of industrial symbiosis network is closely related with symbiosis model. It needs to set up the credit and penalty mechanism among enterprises, strengthen the building of network diversity, and cultivate common organizational culture for Eco-industrial Park's stable operation. In addition, the good relations between park and the government, the park and community are also important to ensure stable operation of Eco-industrial Park.
