The Study On The Industry And Space Development Of Taizhou Littoral

Facing the new development situation and opportunities, Taizhou, which taking manufacturing as her economic basement, urgently needs new and strategical space to gratify the extension of economic size, so as to take up an advantaged position in the lately evolution. Taizhou government aiming the eastern littoral around the Tai Zhou Bay, are looking for new spaces of industrial development.This paper aims to provide scientific bases for government programming and decision-making, and offer strategical guidance for spacial development of industry and reasonable layout, through scientifically forecasting the needing of space development.The study discusses amply about the economy development of Taizhou littoral, and earnestly studies their developing trend and size, and particularly analyses the current used area of Taizhou littoral, then scientifically forecasts the industry development and need of building-area in the future. At last, aiming at Taizhou littoral's development condition of great potential and weakness actuality, the study makes a reasonable space layout, and brings forward a clear guidance for the littoral's industry.
