| Since the city of Chongqing has become a municipality directly under the Central Government in 1997,its economic strength and urbanization continue growing quickly. In the process of development in the past 20 years, with the progress and development of Chongqing, the urban system of Chongqingare constantly changing,untilestablishedWanzhou, Fuling, Qianjiang, Jiangjin, Hechuan, Yongchuanas the six region central cities of Chongqing. However, under the new changes,as the only municipality directly in west of China, the economic center of the upstream of Yangtze River, as the important node city of "One Belt And One Road", Chongqing is committed to build an international metropolis, and the Six Regional Central Cities Spatial Layout no longer adapts to the new situation in Chongqing, and the spatial pattern of six regional central cities restricts the overall development of Chongqingto a certain extent.Therefore, it is necessary to rethink of the regional central city spatial layout of Chongqing,put forwardnew regional centralcityspace optimization idea that can be in line with the development of urbanization in Chongqing and combine with surrounding areas in realising mutual development. This paper is based on the actual needing and the takes 38 zones in Chongqing as the unit by means of ESDA-GIS exploratory spatial data analysis techniques to analyze the spatial autocorrelation and spatial heterogeneity, which makes up the regional central city of Chongqing Space Optimization ideas and strategies.Firstly, this paper, through reviewing the research of regional central citiy at home and abroad and combing the theory of regional central citiy,provides the basis for this article.Secondly,through the spatial statistical analysis of the economic development comprehensive level of Chongqing’s 38 districts and counties, this study found:(1) The economic development comprehensive level of Chongqing’s districts and counties have made significant changes and the gap continues to narrow.According 2004-2013 economic development of the county’s overall level of development of the districts, the paper divides the districts into stable, ascending, descending, fluctuations in four types, of which the two most obvious districts are the Bishan area and Dadukou area.(2)The economic development of counties of comprehensive level in chongqing presented agglomeration in space, and the main gathered form is "High-High" and "Low-Low".(3) There are large differences in the east-west direction, the county comprehensive economic development level distribution patterns in space are constantly changing with the the development of chongqing, on the whole they tends to be in harmonious and unified development, but to achieve complete harmonization of Chongqing, we need to continue to take further efforts.Based on the above analysis and research, this paper, around the goal of building a modern international metropolis, combining with "three strategies" targeting urban functions, in accordance with carrying the historical mission that Chongqing has to become the economic center of upstream of Yangtze River, driving the development of west and constructing urban and rural demonstration area, puts two suggestions. For the adjustment of urban spatial structure and urban system construction of Chongqing, the paper puts forward countermeasures and advices that are "breaking the administrative divisions, jumping out of the districts and counties", and building the spatial structure of "a circle a shaft multipoint" that are suitable for "three big strategies" reality needing, and Chongqing must continue to emancipate the mind and change the idea, strengthening the complementary, promoting the coordination, looking for accurate positioning, and focuing on development of the key, excavating resources, highlighting characteristics, founding insufficient, remedying timely. |
