The compensation is one of the most important core of HRM(Human Resource Management). As the chief bridge of communication between employee and enterprise, it can do great effect on attracting and prompting person. At the same time, it works efficiency on both macro-economics and micro-economics.In this thesis, I do some analyses and researches on the commonness problem of compensation in tobacco enterprise, using theories of compensation which integrated with cases as well as the status and development of HRM in tobacco enterprise.There are three main points in the thesis: Compensation Machinery, Performance Appraisal, Compensation Model, which are important parts of compensation system. Also there are three main angles to analyse the problem: first, the clarity view and general mastery of compensation theory and other interrelated presenting and tends;Second, case analyses of the problems of compensation in Chinese tobacco enterprises;Third, the status quo and developments in HRM of tobacco enterprises. The thesis ascertains the challenge and trouble in compensation area which our country's tobacco enterprise faced. Undering these analysis, This paper expounds concepts of "total compensation ", enhancing the Compensation Machinery, importing Appraisal by Objective which bases on KPI theory, building the "Multi-access" Compensation Model and Flexitime Welfare System. Then, introducing the concepts' means of bring into effect in tobacco enterprise . With the kinds of countermeasure, we hope that can do some useful advice to improve the innovation of compensation in our country's tobacco enterprise.
