Nowadays, the society is innovative and developing fast. Attracting and utilizing talents effectively become the core competitiveness of enterprises and salary management plays an important role to the development of any company. Thus, if a enterprise wants to have a good future in the economic development, it needs to make a set of scientific and standard salary management system.A company is in the period of fast development. In recent years, the company develops fast and the old salary management system can't satisfy its future development strategy, which has obvious disadvantages and leads more and more staffs to resign as well as hard to employ people. This situation needs to be improved in time.Through the survey of salary satisfaction from interior staffs in the target company and the report of exterior salary data, the thesis uses interior questionnaire method and analysis method to describe the general situation of company's salary management system and relevant theory support firstly. In addition, it also finds out the company's present problems in salary management system and uses broadband salary theory to resign the target company's salary system again combing the development strategy of target company.Through resigning the target company's salary management system again, the thesis makes relevant conclusions:1. Improve the flexibility of compensation positioning in different posts.2. Strengthen the competitiveness, fairness and inspiration among staffs in A company and then promote the company's development. Hope the research of the thesis can provide beneficial reference to other researches about relevant salary management.
