Parking Estate

With the blooming development of Chinese economy, the living standard of Chinese people has increasingly improved. Cars swarm into our city, however, there are big gap between the parking facilities construction and its economic return ration, which made the quantity and quality of parking facilities construction are much lower than the city required. This embarrassing situation is just like that mending the sheepfold after a sheep is lost. The low investment return ratio draw investors back, no one is willing to build a parking, or just build one with the lowest standard. Therefore, parking problem became a big complaint of many large cities, which made the city environment even worse; consequently decrease the value of surrounding real estate unconsciously. The purpose of this paper is, after analyzing people's requirement for city life, then to dig out more potential of parking facilities, which can bring us more economic and social benefits; to change people's old concept, i.e. investor think that parking fee is the only way to get return, so that more money can flow into the construction of parking facilities, and build up a better city environment.
