Whether an enterprise can be success due to lots of factors, among them, strategy personnel and operation flows are taking up the decisive position. How to band these three factors together is the most embarassment executors have to be confronted with. Only when they have been integrated effectively then enterprise can be lead to ultimate success, and the sticking point during integration is execution. In other words, execution is the biggest problem enterprises up against. Execution is not just the things whether they could be accomplished, it's a set of specific behavior and technology. It can help to establish and hold competitive superiority together by itself in any condition.Since the Chinese version of 《Execution, The Discipline of Getting Things Done》 written by Larry Bossidy appeared in China in 2003, execution problem becomes the hotspot among domestic management science. After several years research, scholars have borne fruit. At present, the prevalent saying concerning to execution problem is: execution should become the essential part of an enterprise's strategies and goals, it's an indispensable joint linking goals and results. Therefore, enterprises have to advance their executive force consecutively.Currently, executive force studies in China are mainly focusing on connotation significance affecting factors and the approach to advance executive force, and some are aiming at specific enterprises. Along with theories and researches development, lacking scientific and comprehensive indexes to measure executive force will become the most urgent problem scholars have to solve. Establishing a set of indexes of executive force and related appraising methods will help to measure enterprise's overall executive force.In this dissertation, I firstly put forward three core flows during opportune execution and make a description on how to quantify the value of executive force. When an enterprise has an accurate and quantitative recognition about its execution, it can survey its executive ability in all aspects renewedly. Analyzing the weakness point,finding out the proper solution, then we will figure out the methods and measures to advance executive force objectively and reliably.This dissertation is divided into three sections: the first one is introduction (Chapter OneN Chapter Two), making a brief description on related researches around the world and illuminating the background and significance of this essay;the second part(Chapter Three > Chapter Foiu\ Chapter Five), investigating three core flows and specific appraising indexes respectively, then setting up related calculating methods and models;the last part (Chapter Six), establishing the model of enterprise executive force measuration and introducing several applications about the model.
