The Study Of Enterprise Executive Force Based On Organization Structure

Enterprise execution force is one of the measures of enterprise competitiveness, theimportance of achieved enterprise strategic objectives and tasks have gained recognitionfrom the theoretical circle and entrepreneurs. How to use the method of combining thequalitative and quantitative, construct a reasonable evaluation index system, measure theexecutive force of enterprise, take targeted measures to improve business execution,hasbecome the concern of many entrepreneurs and scholars.In recent years, many experts analysis of enterprise executive force from differentperspectives and methods,but studies have mainly focused on emphasizing the importanceof enterprise execution force and it’s influencing factors, the studies about enterpriseexecutive force is few. Because of the complexity for building the model, of factors, atpresent,there is no one the evaluation system and the analytical model get consent fromexperts and scholars. The organizational structure is the framework of business operationand the basis of business operations.we can said that the reasonableness of theorganizational structure is directly impact on the development of enterprises. Therefore,the author put forward the enterprise execution force base on the perspective oforganizational structure. The first department is a systematic review of the related theorysystematic review and build the enterprise execution force. This part analysis the literatureon enterprise execution force and organizational structure, study the relationship betweenit’s complexity, formalization, centralization and enterprise execution force, select19evaluation indicators. The Second department is interviewed experts and learned from theresults of previous studies based on the obtained judgment matrix of evaluation indexsystem,used AHP method and get the value of the relative weight of each evaluationindicators.The last department was analyzes the enterprise executive force on FCE method,Proof the molel is reasonable and applicability.This paper used FCE method on AHP,get the level of sample enterprise, drawed themainly reason for the weaken of the enterprise execution force, there have the rules andregulations are not perfect, the poor quality of the staff, the lack of implementation ofenterprise culture, poor communication channels, unknown powers and responsibilities, thelack of scientific supervision and evaluation mechanism, and then put forward suggestionsand countermeasures, Provided references for promoting the enterprise execution force.
