Human resource is the stratitagical resource for competetion and economicdevelopment,and it increasingly becomes one of core competitiveness of enterprise.Andmidddle managers are stratitagical resource for enterprise. even more so.Because middlemanager is in the middle position of the enterprise, and is the main force of achievestrategic plan.So its execution directly affects the realization of the goal.However,it iswidespread that chinese enterprise middle manager’s execution generally is nothigh.Therefore,clearing the main factors affecting their executions and the methodimproving the execution,has great signicance for the development of the stste-ownedenterprises.Although the theory and practice of the execution has made great achievement, butthe existing theory and research is focused on the questionnaire, the connotation andconcept of executive force and enterprise strategy execution, but the researchs about theexecution of the middle managers are generally less, and are the lack of quantitativeresearch.The research subject of this thesis is the middle manager’s execution of theYanchang Oil.LTD.Through the questionnaire survey,the author makes a empiricalanalysis on the influence factors of middle manager’s execution.On the basis of theexisting relevant research about execution at home and abroad,combining with thespecific characteristics of the company and adapting the quantitative method, the authorgeneralizes some factors affecting the execution.Results show that strategic planning,personal qualities,organizational structure,team spirit,enterprise culture affect theimplementation of the execution.The author also analyzes the present situation of theextension of the company and problems mainly reflecting in the lack of strategicexecution, implementation of confusioneven perform aliasing and even lack of executionof team.And she analyzes the reasons of these problems, such as, the company does not pay attention to the formulation and implementation of strategic planning, middle-levelleaders of low quality lead to poor corporate performance,organization structure isunreasonable,team spirit and consciousness of middle manager is not strong, neglect theenterprise culture and so on.According to the conclutions,this article puts forward some proposals to improve theexecution of middle managers of Yanchang Oil.LTD. For example, they can pay attentionto the formulation and implementation of strategic planning, improve the quality ofmiddle managers, set up the reasonable organizational structure, build high performanceteam and creat the executive culture.
