Localized Executive Force Model And Measures In Strategic Project Management Of Multi-national Company In China

China is the world's most active economic region, multi-national company have landed China in obtaining huge profits. But it also faces the challenge because of cultural differences, business management models, and the quality of personnel and so on. What brought many cross-cultural management problems? Multi-national companies face many difficulties in the business decision-making, management, and culture and so on. These led to the root of difficulties in the cultural differences between the multinational corporation in China for the specific fields are the cultural traditions, thinking way, communication way. The obvious cultural differences between the west and east bring a tremendous challenge to the implementation of the multi-national company.Based on the China's human factors and focus on the implementation, this dissertation seeks to establish a set of practical implementation management system and model which includes the following aspects: organization governance, human resources and corporation culture. Organization governance includes such "hard" factors as organization structure, business processes and management . Human resources include some "human" factors such as business leaders (manager) recruiting, employee training and team-building. Corporation culture includes two "soft "factors, trans-culture management and foreign leader's education. This dissertation proposes to carry out cross-cultural management, improve the cross-cultural execution, including its participation in cultural training, employing cultural management consultants, self-training and improve cross-cultural awareness.
