For a long time, the merchandise value formed in pursuing the infinite increase of merchandise controls people's economic activities. Under the domination of such a value, the material can become the worth existence only if been converted into the merchandise. While the tourism resources are difficult to be converted into merchandise, they are considered valueless. This kind of value, which pursues merchandise unilaterally, caused problems such as the pollution of the environment, the ecosystem depravation and the shortage of resources inevitably.As far as the seaside tourism resources concerned, the performance and the efficiency evaluation are based on the traditional resources value system. This system only consider the direct use value and part of the indirect use value of the seaside tourism resources which can be bodied and circulated in the market, while neglect the big part of the indirect use value and the inheritance value. This kind of neglecting results to the price distortion and the disorder of the market, lead to the shortage, excessive exploitation, breakage of the seaside tourism resources, as well as the environment pollution and some breakages and disappearances of some tour views.To resolve the abovementioned problems by the root, we must change the traditional value, change the theory of the environment resources, not only explicit that resources contain price, but also evaluate the value.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is an introduction. The main content is the present condition of the evaluation of the tourism resources in china and abroad, as well as the meaning of the study;the second part is the theory foundation of the resources value evaluation. Mainly discuss the resources value theories and resources value evaluation theories;the third part is the establishment of the value evaluation model of the seaside tourism resources. By defining the seaside tourism resources, this thesis elaborate the value composition and the affection factors, and set up the model;the forth part is about the application of the model.
